So I decided to do this super easy and fun nail art tutorial , its two of my favourite things OMBRE and POLKA DOTS .

Combination Lashes ( Go with a combination of Defining formula & Lengtening or Volumizing as applicable and a Tapered brush )
So if you are one of those girls whose lashes are not only thin and sparsely placed but also short , you will have to work around a combination , so choosing a defining mascara would be a good choice for a second coat after you are done with the primary application of lengthening or volumizing formula . the defining formula has a conditioning chemical that coats the lash from root to tip and makes it appear longer and fuller, using a tapered wand would be ideal for you as you might need a regular density of bristles in the center where the lashes are not so sparse but a thinner tip to coat the sparse lashes in the inner and outer corner of your eyes. A tapering wand is by far the best lash defining tool.
